You can see it in the photographs provided. I've rated the dust jacket only Good Minus. The crease is to the right of (and does not touch) the print. There is only one crease: near the middle edge of 175-176 the page got folded in or over leaving a vertical crease from top to bottom.

And with the exception of the author's signed inscription, no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. There aren't any markings and there aren't any attachments. The pages in the book are exceptionally clean. This book is very solidly bound, absolutely no issues in that regard. There is only a very light amount of wear, a bump/crease at the bottom corner of the rear cover, a slight darkening of the blue at two small areas on the bottom edges, and a little bit of the usual crinkling at the spine ends. As you can see from the photographs, the blue covers of the book itself are very clean and the yellow and orange lettering on the spine is very bright. Even unsigned copies are rare, in fact I found only one for sale on the Internet. I have priced my copy at a $185.00 discount to this other signed copy.
